17. Why do you send the completed order or quote e-mail twice to me at the same time?
To make sure that you can always get our emails, therefore not causing any delay to your business, we always send the same email twice with our different email addresses.
18. Why your sewout looks good but ours are in the opposite?
Sewout may be quite different from two embroidery machines, using the same digitizing file. From our experience, the followings might be factors that cause the difference:
. Fabric material.
. Needles
. Thread
. Human skill
. Setting up of an embroidery machine, like speed.
. Age of an embroidery machine - very new, or very old.
Different brands machine may or may not be a reason. The digitizing file may be customized somehow to offset such difference. If there is some problem, please scan your sewout to us, we can check the problem for you, then, give you some suggestion or edit the logo for you accordingly.
19. Can I use the design you digitized on all fabrics types?
We specifically digitize a design with the fabric by a common standard. The fabric will dictate a type of underlay, density or trim setting. Usually, one logo is not suitable for all fabrics, edits for the other fabric types are needed. But not all fabrics require edits. For instance, if a design had been digitized for pique and is also to be sewn on sweater, no edit would be necessary.
20. Why do you need to know what material I am sewing on?
The reason we like to know what kind of material you are sewing on is that we can compensate for all of the unexpected things that stitches like to do on different materials. For instance, if you are going to be sewing on a fleece blanket, then we need to add extra stitches called "underlay" to make sure the material will not show through. In a word, the more information we have, the better-equipped we are to provide a good product.
21. Do you have any other business except digitizing?
Yes, we do have other business lines, such as the patches, caps, headband, handicrafts, bags, bracelet and other customerized gifts. Any needs you have, anytime contact us.
Any Digitizing would like to thank you for your interest. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your customers.
